We will need both your power cable and the system discs that came with the computer.
What do I need to know before I have a Lucential Computer Repair & Rescue technician service my equipment at my home or office?
A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. We must receive full access to the computer(s) and/or other equipment/ peripheral(s) to be serviced, your cooperation and consent to enter your business or residence, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power.

We are available to our clients anytime they have an immediate need but most of our work is performed on nights and weekends.

Absolutely. Every member of the LCR&R team is under non-disclosure to ensure the confidentiality of your data. We also have unwritten non-disclosure agreements with all of our clients.
What forms of payment does LCR&R accept?
We accept PayPal, Cash, Checks and Money Order payments. Payment is due at the time service is completed.
Do you sell computers or computer parts?
If your seervice requires a replacement or upgrade part, it will be provided by the repair technician. While we do not keep computers or spare parts on hand, we have several reliable vendors through which we make computer hardware and software purchases.
