You really drive to me?
Yes! We offer service at your home or business (delivery charges apply). We also have a convenient drop-off location in Atlanta near the I-285 and I-85 freeways in Chamblee/Doraville.
Where can I drop off my computer?
Please call us to arrange your equipment drop-off, at (770) 356-9313.
Is there anything I need to prepare for desktop or notebook computer service?
If you're dropping off your laptop for service, remember both your power cable and the system discs that came with the computer. For service of a desktop PC, just bring your desktop by itself (no cables or accessories are necessary) and your system discs. The discs are preferred but not required for service in many cases. Call us at (770) 356-9313 if you are unsure what to bring.
What do I need to know before I have a Lucential Consulting technician service my equipment at my home or office?
A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. We must receive full access to the computer(s) and/or other equipment/peripheral(s) to be serviced, your cooperation and consent to enter your business or residence, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power.
Do you guarantee your service?
On-site and in-store repair services are guaranteed for 14 days. If there is a problem with the service we provided and you notify us within the stated time period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost.
Can I speak to a technician late at night?
Yes! Our technicians are available until 10pm EST, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Is my data safe and confidential with you?
Absolutely. Every member of the Lucential Consulting team is under non-disclosure to ensure the confidentiality of your data. We also have unwritten non-disclosure agreements with all of our clients. What forms of payment does Lucential Consulting accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover, eCheck, PayPal, Cash and Money Order payments. An invoice is produced at the time work is completed and will be emailed to you for payment in most cases.
Do you sell computer parts?
While we do not carry spare parts on hand (to keep our costs low so that we may pass those savings onto our clients), we have several reliable vendors through which we make computer hardware and software purchases.
