To receive remote support:

1. Click this link and install the connection software onto your computer.  Learn more about this software
2. Open the program after installation has completed
3. Click the "Share" tab at the top of the CrossLoop window
4. Provide the Lucential Consulting technician your secret Access Code provided in the window
5. Click the 'Connect' button
6. If you have a firewall turned on, such as ZoneAlarm, make sure to 'Allow' access to CrossLoop if asked
7. Once connected, your permission is required for the technician to access your computer. Click 'Yes' to give permission. You can terminate the connection at any time.
